TO GET A DOG! But before that time it will be time to nail up my geological map above the sofa. I made vegan Hoppin’ John in the slowcooker and now it is a’simmering. That’s three things to look forward to. I am at work and people are calling and using me as a human storm drain, what’s new? In the lulls between calls, I’m also doing my Nonfiction critiques. It’s hard for me to share my ‘motions. This class is already interesting and challenging in that capacity. I made a new friend at Harris Teeter. I wish I had Jonathan Rhys Meyers’s wardrobe from The Tudors and could wear parts of it every day, especially the traveling hats with one long feather. Another thing to look forward to– more. stargazing.

i still want that surgical eggshell color sometimes, the uniformity of the buildings and days augmented only by my spinning stories in a little room with a desk that looks outĀ on a man-made pond with a fountainĀ that functions without fail

all i wanted was a decent paying job and one of them brand new apartments that’s white as a fake tooth in a city that looks like all other cities
